This project harnesses deep learning to craft biomolecules with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant powers, fitting into the "Biomolecules 4 Bioeconomy" vision for industries like pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. It blends Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) to overcome challenges like vast molecular spaces and scarce data, hitting 100% validity and 76% accuracy in molecule creation. With smart data augmentation and dual pipelines for generation and prediction, it’s paving the way for faster biomolecule discovery and future leaps with bigger datasets or quantum computing. 🌟
